As a System Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, implementing, and optimizing Cloud solutions for our clients. You will be part of our Operations team.
In this role, you will:
Implement IT platforms based on designs provided by our Architects.
Execute migrations of existing production environments.
Perform maintenance tasks (Private Cloud, Public Cloud, and on-premise environments).
Review and troubleshoot existing Microsoft infrastructure.
Act as an escalation point for the Technical Support team in case of complex incidents (Support Level 3).
Work closely with our Application Architect to provide feedback from past projects (lessons learned) and contribute to improving our design and migration processes.
Technical Skills:
You have at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent field experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft technologies, preferably at an IT service provider.
Expertise in configuring and managing Office 365 environments (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, Pureview, OneDrive).
Proficiency in PKI, WSUS, and KMS solutions.
Proven experience in deploying Cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure (Azure ARC and Azure Update Management).
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (both server and client).
Strong experience in managing Active Directory while maintaining security protocols.
Experience in deploying and supporting Microsoft Exchange across all versions.
Strong asset: Proficiency in PowerShell or other scripting languages to automate administrative tasks.
Additional advantage: Familiarity with SharePoint and ITIL principles.
Additional advantage: Knowledge in networking, security, and virtualization.
Microsoft certifications will be considered an asset.
