Microsoft Engineer

As a System Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, implementing, and optimizing Cloud solutions for our clients. You will be part of our Operations team.

In this role, you will:

• Implement IT platforms based on designs provided by our Architects.

• Execute migrations of existing production environments.

• Perform maintenance tasks (Private Cloud, Public Cloud, and on-premise environments).

• Review and troubleshoot existing Microsoft infrastructure.

• Act as an escalation point for the Technical Support team in case of complex incidents (Support Level 3).

• Work closely with our Application Architect to provide feedback from past projects (lessons learned) and contribute to improving our design and migration processes.

Technical Skills:

• You have at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent field experience.

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft technologies, preferably at an IT service provider.

• Expertise in configuring and managing Office 365 environments (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, Pureview, OneDrive).

• Proficiency in PKI, WSUS, and KMS solutions.

• Proven experience in deploying Cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure (Azure ARC and Azure Update Management).

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (both server and client).

• Strong experience in managing Active Directory while maintaining security protocols.

• Experience in deploying and supporting Microsoft Exchange across all versions.

• Strong asset: Proficiency in PowerShell or other scripting languages to automate administrative tasks.

• Additional advantage: Familiarity with SharePoint and ITIL principles.

• Additional advantage: Knowledge in networking, security, and virtualization.

• Microsoft certifications will be considered an asset.

• Passion for IT solutions and technologies.
