As part of strengthening the IT team of one of our clients, we are looking for an ERP Application Administrator responsible for ensuring the performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of the ERP ecosystem, with a focus on ERP BRZ solutions for the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain the ERP platform (including ERP BRZ modules dedicated to construction processes)

• Ensure the day-to-day availability, stability, and performance of the application

• Monitor system health and proactively identify, analyze, and resolve incidents and recurring issues

• Maintain up-to-date functional and technical documentation (runbooks, configuration guides, knowledge base)

Technical Support & Root Cause Analysis

• Troubleshoot application, data, and integration issues across the ERP landscape

• Perform in-depth root cause analysis (RCA) and implement sustainable corrective actions

• Provide advanced technical support to business users on complex issues

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT/application teams

Data Management & System Interfaces

• Perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis using SQL

• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across ERP modules

• Design, implement, and maintain integrations with third-party systems

• Monitor and analyze data flows and interfaces (CSV, XML, JSON, REST APIs)

Enhancements & Continuous Improvement

• Contribute to requirements analysis for ERP enhancements and new functionalities

• Participate in testing phases (unit, integration, UAT), validation, and production deployments

• Propose and implement optimizations and automation solutions (notably using Excel and VBA)

• Support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with construction business processes

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or related field

• 3–5 years of experience working with ERP systems, business applications, or data-driven environments

• Strong expertise in SQL and relational database management systems

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA is a strong asset)

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and solid understanding of business processes

Nice to Have

• Experience with ERP BRZ or similar ERP solutions used in the construction sector

• Good understanding of construction-specific processes, including: Project and job costing management Budget tracking and financial control Progress billing and revenue recognition Subcontractor management Accounting integration
